Growing up in the family business Brian started off cleaning windows, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc. His Dad, Bunny Newton, wanted him to learn all aspects of the business. The Newton family opened a store at the mall in 1972 where he worked through middle school and high school selling the jewelry pieces and sizing rings. He has been through numerous training courses and is a graduate of Gemological Institute of America. Brian worked alongside his dad throughout and now his wife for the last 25 years. It is a privilege of Brian’s to carry on the family business, and he feels honored his dad trusted him to do so. He enjoys being in the "happy" business and looks forward to celebrating milestones with customers. Excellent customer service is Newton’s #1 goal.
General Manager
Peggy has been with Newton’s Jewelers for over 25 years. She works side by side with her husband Brian and continues to learn all the aspects of the jewelry business including merchandise buying, selling to customers, marketing products and services, inspecting and cleaning jewelry and most importantly taking great care of the customers. When you enter their beautiful showroom at Newton's, she will most likely know your name and if not, she will know your name next time. Peggy really enjoys working with Newton’s customers and always looks forward to helping them find their next heirloom quality piece of jewelry. She hopes to see you soon!
Sales & Repairs
James is bringing a sleek innovative way of purchasing fine jewelry online. He is the fourth generation into his family business of selling fine jewelry. James is introducing his spin in the family business by expanding in to e-commerce with the same values his family's store has always had.
Sales Associate
As a sales associate for Newton’s Jewelers, Kylee is learning all the aspects of the jewelry business by working side by side with the owners. She has recently completed her Diamond certification through the Gemological Institute of America. “My favorite part of the job is the people. I absolutely love everyone I work with and being a part of the Newton family. I also love getting to deepen a relationship with our customers. It’s super enjoyable to be a part of their happiness.” It is important to Kylee to make sure she puts her customers first. “I want them to step in the store and know they are cared for.” Outside of work, Kylee spends time with her family, fiancé and friends. “I enjoy playing games, watching Netflix or just adventuring with the people closest to me. I am blessed with a wonderful Christian family that continues to encourage my walk with God.”
Bookkeeper
Carolyn Bennett "Cece" is our Bookkeeper. She has been with Newton's Jewelers since 1999. Carolyn is family. She loves being here and working with our team, making new friends in our customer relations. Carolyn will most likely be the voice you hear on the phone, always willing to assist you.
Master Jeweler
Gregory Hook, Master Jeweler in all aspects of jewelry repair, jewelry design, custom manufacturing and stone setting. Greg has been in this industry for over 35 years. He and his wife, Kelly have three children and two grandchildren. He has been with Newton's since 2004. Greg enjoys creating unique jewelry pieces and has great talent along with understanding what is important to our customers.
