A magnificent lattice diamond pendant forms a showstopper for this link chain. It features an intricately crafted medallion pendant, with lattice pyramids forming a circular row within it. A round mount can be seen in the center, while an inverted pear shape mount holds the medallion pendant to the 18-inch MR5 rope chain. A bezel set round cut diamond embellishes the center mount, while the pyramid mounts are accented by a pave set round cut diamond each, a total of 10.
